Digital Products (Themes, Sections, Code Files)

Our products, including premium Shopify themes, sections, and custom code solutions, are digital downloads.
As digital products cannot be physically returned, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered.

We highly encourage our clients to review product details, demos, and descriptions thoroughly before purchasing. Our support team is always happy to answer any questions you may have prior to buying — we are here to guide you to the best solution for your needs!

If you face any technical issue or receive a file that is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We are committed to working with you to resolve any genuine issues quickly and professionally.


Service-Based Projects (Custom Development, Setup, Consulting)

For custom services such as Shopify theme development, customization, SEO setup, store building, and consultations, we work on a partial upfront payment system.
This model ensures that your project is secured on our schedule and that preliminary work can begin without delay.

  • A partial payment (initial deposit) is required to confirm and start the service.

  • Partial payments are non-refundable under any circumstances once paid.
    This covers consultation time, project planning, resource allocation, and initial development work.

  • Final project delivery happens after full payment is received.

This policy allows us to offer focused, high-quality service to every client while respecting the time and commitment of both parties.

When Refunds May Be Considered

Although purchases are generally final, we understand that special situations can arise.
A full or partial refund may be considered if:

  • We are unable to complete the service as promised.

  • We fail to deliver the product or service according to the written agreement.

  • Major technical issues occur that cannot be resolved.

In such cases, refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@txsify.com within 7 days of service delivery.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days.
